This project explores the ways in which a highly entropic system can give way to order within chaos. Though composed of many simple primitive shapes, the systems of this project often create a great macro-level structure. These structures, in turn, create a larger composition that seems to be of much lower entropy than the cumulative sum of its often chaotic parts.
Only black and white are used in these compositions, so as to further display the possibilities of a system composed only of simple parts. Notice how the shapes and shades give way to a macro structure that is intertwined with, and defined by, the micro structures present.
