Hello my fellow Osos. These days I've been quite busy with my classes at University of Oslo and haven't had much time to myself. Things are moving so quickly and next year I will graduate. My head is spinning with all the possibilities and yet I know I just need to follow my breath and not get overwhelmed. A friend yesterday sent me a little mindfulness training by a Zen master named Thich Nhat Hanh. I don't know much about him, but  I started "following" my breath these days and it has really made me feel calm. I feel like my lotus pond isn't so muddy now. Right now, I'm at my favorite little café having a cappuccino. Have you been to Mocca Oslo? <https://www.javamocca.no/> Maybe I'll see you there sometime. I'm just trying not to scream because today my best friend has told me she will be returning to Italy and will no longer continue her degree. She got stressed out and decided to drop all her courses and take a gap year. I'm not sure she will come back. Here's a pic of me in the café. Can you see me?
