February is coming to a close with a modest number of drops, but as usual the showing was strong. It's fun to see some of the notable artists collaborating with one another, and seeing the influences of each artist on the output.

We'd also like to take a moment to call out again that fxhash now supports the purchase of pieces via credit card, and it works flawlessly! It even works with Apple Pay so it allows one to purchase a piece fairly quickly -- try it out, if you haven't already!

As always, you can subscribe to the newsletter here.

For those of you discovering this article for the first time, it is a list of the best of fxhash drops of the week dropped every Tuesday morning (Eastern Standard Time).

Please consider collecting this newsletter to help support its continuance. Collecting this newsletter is akin to purchasing a historical newspaper. It can also supplement any purchases you have made from the collections referenced below to make a complete set (the piece + article). Half the royalties from this article will be distributed amongst the artists!

Dates: 2/21/23 - 2/27/23

Here are some things to consider:

  • There is no weight placed on the likelihood to be able to flip for profit.
  • An artist does not necessarily need to be verified to have their collection curated.
  • Regarding criteria, it is mostly aesthetics which entails being unique, bold, and creative, amongst other factors. Admittedly, there is a slight bias towards abstract over representational. Our only association with fxhash is as a collector. We are not official members of the team, hence this is an "unofficial" curation list. This list is purely for entertainment purposes and should not be considered financial advice.

Please enjoy this week’s curation and do not hesitate to DM metadavid.tez your feedback on Twitter!
