Welcome to the third edition of The Best of fxhash (Unofficial) of 2023.
WOW! The second week of January did not disappoint, as there were many admired artists who had amazing drops. A special thank you to the artists who jumped in to support charitable causes. We appreciate you giving back! Not only did the charities benefit but so did our community with fantastic art.

For those of you discovering this article for the first time, it is a list of the best of fxhash drops of the week dropped every Tuesday morning (Eastern Standard Time).
Please consider collecting this newsletter to help support its continuance. Collecting this newsletter is akin to purchasing a historical newspaper. It can also supplement any purchases you have made from the collections referenced below to make a complete set (the piece + article). Half the royalties from this article will be distributed amongst the artists!

Here are some things to consider:
- There is no weight placed on the likelihood to be able to flip for profit.
- An artist does not necessarily need to be verified to have their collection curated.
- Regarding criteria, it is mostly aesthetics which entails being unique, bold, and creative, amongst other factors. Admittedly, there is a slight bias towards abstract over representational.
- Our only association with fxhash is as a collector. We are not official members of the team, hence this is an "unofficial" curation list. This list is purely for entertainment purposes and should not be considered financial advice.
