An aside on women in generative art
Let's face it, this topic is something that is always at the top of mind. No fun fancy images for this section.
- Listen to the amazing Twitter Space hosted by Vertical Crypto Art and Right Click Save
- Check out the feed of projects released by women on fxhash (and add yourself if you apply!)
One more thing affecting number of females in gen art field: Until the mid-80s, the percentage of women in computer science grew [...] up to more than 35% of students in this field, the percentage began to drop sharply until today, when it’s between 15 and 20%.
02. Projects of the week
CSS Crystals
Will's favorite project of the week leverages the multi-colored gradients and use of light that just speaks to him, you know? It's still available for minting to any who are interested.

Sphereland
Trinity's favorite project was released two months ago and was 'rediscovered' by folks over in the Tender community. She loves the atmosphere surrounding the work and the nuance found in such simple geometric shapes.

Welcome to the Slumbers gallery portion of the article! Absolutely amazing work to anyone with eyeballs, and we're so glad to see long-time artist Volatile Moods see such a great run across all of their projects. Kudos abounds :)

fx(haish) / the Generator
This surpise fx(anniversary) follow-up goes in an entirely different direction to Enfantines - and has a bit of a twist. Collectors can connect their wallet to the fx(haish) AI model and input prompts alongside their piece to generate more fully rendered cityscapes. The Discord channel has been popping as people share their outputs.

I am having a ton of fun with @ratchitect 's new #fxhash project "fx(haish) / the Generator" which is a longform generative project with a companion AI generator tool. I love that this particular mint seems to be interpreted in a way that produces amazing seaside cityscapes!

WootScoot double feature
It has been a huge week for WootScoot as two of their projects took off and made our top five for the week.
Asterium is a living organism that grows with the user over time - the viewer can see the historical growth of the creature, but never peek into the future.
Sweeping almost wasn't released, shared as a sketch before the public (rightfully) demanded that it become an official fxhash project under the WootScoot Daily account.
