In minting it I gained a lovely work of art, available to me in a size and resolution to allow it to grace my home as well as my wallet, but I also gained a living object that could be revisited again and again with a new and unique experience each and every time.  In form and texture, the work speaks to me on a deeply emotional level, evoking the sense of connection across time and space that I have written about in my own work. [ Tribal Spirit](https://www.fxhash.xyz/generative/slug/tribal-spirit) is a treasure that I am so glad to have discovered.   I minted two editions, thinking to list one and hoard one, but chances are I will hoard them both.

[Pack](https://www.fxhash.xyz/generative/slug/pack), though unlike Tribal Spirit in almost every detail, also captured me on the basis of composition and palette. The soft gradients and the simplicity of design, are sometimes soothing, sometimes energetic, and always pleasing.  The work expresses that mystical and mysterious moment when things ordinary combine to form the extraordinary and hold you, outside time, in a moment in which all is right with the world.  Sakamura’s project is a blessing and a delight.

In AliaK’s project, [all that remains](https://www.fxhash.xyz/generative/slug/all-that-remains), the visual texture is compelling, while the message reminds us of the irreplaceable beauty of our natural world, beauty that is slipping away at an alarming pace.  It is a sign post, a visual poem, a piece to be contemplated, and a call to action.  It attracts and disturbs, it demands attention.  In this it embodies the intrinsic power of art to pierce our hearts.

Uniray describes Tribal Spirit as, “a generative collection combining primitive flow lines with natural earth and ‘wooden’ colors, in a harmonic decorative composition.…”.  It was the harmonic decorative composition and the palette that first drew my eye.  As I learned more about the piece, I was hooked by its interactive nature.
